Hey There,
EAST TROY loves BBQ. I am very excited to have the 1st week in the books and am very happy to be in East Troy. All of my life I have been in the service industry in one way or another. The last 20 plus years has been in the medical field as a nurse.
But the most satisfaction I have had to date has been making BBQ for people . I feel like the people I serve now may start as customers but soon become friends.
I am looking forward to making many many new friends in East Troy. I am also very happy to be seeing many of my old friends from Big Bend, Milwaukee and Pewaukee. I have even been making friends from Northern Chicago.
Thank you for having me East Troy. I look forward to a long and "Smokey" relationship.

Many of you already know that my wife, Liz, and I made a trip to Connecticut in January to visit our friends who's daughter was killed in the Sandyhook shooting.
