Description
Named after one of LD’s own, this is a garlic and beer sauce that was developed to caramelize on chicken at high temp grilling. However, has become a fan favorite at LD’s for chicken and Brisket. This is my best sauce yet!
Ingredients
Tomato Concentrate from Red Tomatoes, Sugar, Pineapple Juice, Distilled Vinegar, Beer (water, barley, hops, yeast), Honey, Corn Syrup, Spice Blend (brown sugar, salt, sugar, spices including chili pepper, granulated garlic & onion, paprika and extractives from paprika, yeast extract), Garlic, Salt, Natural Smoke Flavor, Black Pepper, Caramel Color, Onion, Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
