"Holy Mother of BBQ !!!! There is a heaven on Earth, I found it right here. Can I get an AMEN! I had the combo brisket and pork. The brisket flavor stood on its own. Meaty, pull apart with your fingers. Pork was good, shredded extremely fine. Tried all 3 sauces. Lord have mercy, hallelujah!! My aunt had the ribs. Dry rub. Smoke all the way through.
